Our fee ranges per the type of property and value however, our standard fee is £5,000 for sourcing a property. We carry out full due diligence on each property, take photos, videos, and carry out an area analysis. Each opportunity is presented to investors in a pdf sales brochure so that you can make an informed decision.

When do I pay a sourcing fee?

We don't ask for money upfront to find you an investment property. Once we do secure a property for you, you will be asked to pay a sourcing fee deposit amounting to 50% of the agreed sourcing fee. This deposit is held in a client account and is refundable should the deal not proceed to completion of contracts - see our terms for full information. Once the property transaction completes, you will be asked to pay the final 50% of the sourcing fee.

We handle everything from light refreshes, to full refurbs, to conversions to HMO and apartments. Our team of builders and project managers are here to ensure your project runs smoothly.
