Property Guru's fees are extremely competitive! We ask for a marketing fee of £300 per property to enable us to take professional photos and videos and place your property in the very best position for attracting buyers.

The balance of our sales fee (£1,200) is then due on completion of the sale. If we don't find you a buyer, or don't complete a transaction then you don't pay the £1,200. Most investment property agents charge on excess of £2,000!
