Whether you are a first-time property investor or an experienced landlord looking to expand and diversify your portfolio, we are here to help!

Our founder, Simon began investing in property in 2007 (yes, just before the financial crisis of 2008!) and has built up a wealth of experience since then. After launching and running estate agencies and property sourcing companies, to creating his own diverse portfolio of investment properties over the years, Property Guru was born.

Experiencing different markets from the great dip in 2008 and then the boom following the COVID pandemic has meant Simon has adopted a fluid and open approach to investing in property. Whilst his passion is in property renovations (flips), in recent years the approach has changed to suit the market trends and more of a focus on building a high cash-flow producing portfolio has been in place.

Predominately sourcing property for overseas buyers from all over the world including: Hong Kong, Singapore, UAE, South Africa and of course the UK. We have built up a seamless process over the years and limit the number of clients we work with at any one time to ensure our high standards are upheld along with our personalised approach.

Property Guru source investment property, manage any refurbishment required and handle the letting and management creating a 'one stop shop' for hands-off investors.
